project in Costa Rica, with the acquisition of a
17,000 square meter prime property in the
entrance to the city of Heredia, developing a
6,000 square meter, US 12 million shopping
center with 60 commercial units, including such
big names as McDonalds and KFC among others.
This shopping venue was opened to the public in
1991.
