What is Red hat Linux ?

• Red Hat Linux were earlier called Red Hat
  Commercial Linux. It is first published the
  software on November 3, 1994. It was the first
  Linux distribution to use the RPM Package Manager
  .
• In 2003, Red Hat terminate the Red Hat Linux line
  in approval of Red Hat Enterprise Linux for
  enterprise environments.It is a free-of-cost
  available.

KVM and Virtualization in Red Hat Enterprise
Linux

• KVM stands for Kernel-based Virtual Machine is a
  full virtualization solution for Linux on AMD64
  and Intel 64 hardware. It is built into the
  standard Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 kernel and
  integrated with the Quick Emulator .
• This virtual Machine can run multiple guest
  operating systems. The KVM hypervisor in Redhat
  Enterprise Linux is managed by the libvirt API .
  Kernel-based Virtual machines are executed and
  run as multithreaded Linux processes.
