In the world of marketing and technology, we
often know that something is brand new when
people cant choose one way to it. Remember those
days, when you couldnt understand whether its
Ecommerce Logistics , eCommerce or e-commerce? We
now find another new word across the web that is
attached to each prestigious brand, omnichannel,
Omni-channel, and omnichannel. The inability to
decide the unanimous way to spell it tells us
that its new and is yet to be determined by the
masses. The word Omni comes from the word
'Omnis' which can either mean all or universal.
The omnichannel experience has an aesthetic
beauty of its own. The basic fundamental reason
why it gives out a seamless experience is that
the mobile should not only match the responsive
design of the website but thematically should
also reflect the look and feel inside the retail
store. Omni-channel is not just a marginal
evolution of your present thinking but rather
something new, notable and it might even be
revolutionary.

    majority likes to browse, compare and find their
    perfect product online. This ease and
    functionality of the omnichannel experience will
    crumble unless I have a device that I can access
    anywhere and anytime. Mobile, thats right.
