Drunk driving is the act of driving a vehicle
while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
(DUI) to the degree that mental and motor skills

DUI ENHANCEMENTS

• Enhancements are factors that can make a somewhat
  routine DUI into a more serious DUI. Enhancements
  can cause the D.A. to request jail time, longer
  alcohol classes, and more Caltrans or Community
  Service work.
• Some of the factors affecting your DUI case are

• If you were involved in an accident
• If your alcohol content level was too high
• If you were driving too fast or recklessly
• If you had minors in the car while driving under
