Incontinence affects more than 4.8 million

and socially isolating. Continence and Pelvic
Floor Physiotherapy involves the assessment and
treatment of bladder, bowel and pelvic floor
dysfunction in women and men. Anyone
experiencing the involuntary loss of urine or
faeces, urinary or bowel urgency, chronic
constipation, trouble holding flatus, getting up
at night more than twice, pelvic dragging or
