crowd due to the lack of brand awareness. The
company was lagging with poor displays and
presentations compared to competitors. The
company was also facing problem to reach the
expected number of customers. - Customer connect resolved the Resorts App problem
by developing a Mobile App to their business.
According to business challenges, to reach out to
the customers Resorts app needed a Mobile App for
Booking an appointment. With the mobile
app resorts were able to stand out to give tough
competition in the market as many retailer stores
dont have the mobile app to their business. The
App comes with booking an appointment. Using
Booking appointment the problem of poor displays
and presentations were solved.

to his / her Convenience

Once the customer confirms the booking it will
redirect to Payment gateway integration, where
the customers can pay through Online using his
Credit / Debit card.
9Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is done, the success message
will pop up in the screen with all the service
details.
10Booking History / Change Password
The customers can change his profile password and
also he can view his booking history details.
11Profile Settings
The customer can view and update his / her
profile in the settings option
