All 50 states have now set 0.08 blood alcohol

conviction nationwide. For those under 21 years
of age, there is a zero tolerance limit. Even the
smallest amount of alcohol is grounds for a
DWI or DUI arrest.

4DUI ENHANCEMENTS
- Enhancements are factors that can make a somewhat
routine DUI into a more serious DUI. Enhancements
can cause the D.A. to request jail time, longer
alcohol classes, and more Caltrans or Community
Service work. Some of the factors affecting your
DUI case are as follows - If you were involved in an accident
- If your alcohol content level was too high
- If you were driving too fast or recklessly
- If you had minors in the car while driving under
the influence - If this is your second or third DUI
