  message Error 15215 Unable to verify digital
  signature.
• Reasons behind the error
• Normally the basic reason behind this error is,

• Restart the computer-

• Run as administrator (QuickBooks Desktop
  Payroll)-
• Its allow QuickBooks Desktop to take priority
  over all other running program in background.
• Make sure the QuickBooks Desktop program is
  close.
• Now, right click on the QuickBooks Desktop icon
• Click on Run as administrator option.
• A new window will open with the message, Do you
  want to allow this program to make changes to
  your computer?", select "Yes" .

• Verify Use TLS 1.0 is checked, and Use TLS 1.1
  and Use TLS 1.2 are unchecked in the Internet
  Options window of Internet Explorer.
• Close QuickBooks Desktop
• Open Internet Explorer
• Click Tools gt Internet Options.
• Click the Advanced tab.
• Under Settings, scroll to locate the Use TLS 1.0,
  Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 options.
• Verify Use TLS 1.0 is checked.
• Verify Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 are not
  checked.
• Click OK to close the window.
• Close Internet Explorer.
• Reboot your computer. When restarted, reopen
  QuickBooks Desktop.
• Now Try to download the update again.
