• Liberated Foods, LLC, is a minority and
  woman-owned small business that specializesin
  making allergen free baked goods and mixes to
  order.
• Freedom to eat foods without potentially harmful
  ingredients like the top eight food allergens,
  pesticides, hormones, artificial flavors and
  colors, and genetically modified ingredients.
• Freedom to savor familiar or new and exciting
  foods made of high quality.

• Eating allergen free is a lifestyle we began in
  the year 2001.Recipes were born of necessity
  when we discovered that all the usual ingredients
  for gluten free goodies were also allergens to
  us.
• With a desire for inclusion and a taste for
  sweets, I looked to my Asian roots, experimenting
  with ingredients atypical to the Western palate
  to invent our cakes and cookies.

• Cream Puffs - Cream puffs can be left plain to
  use like a roll, or filled with chocolate custard
  or coconut cream.
• Ginger Whoopie Pies - Ginger whoopie pies two
  ginger softies sandwiching whipped ginger coconut
  cream.
• Panna Cotta - Panna cotta berry, coconut, mango,
  sweet squash.
• Yeast Breads - Yeast bread sourdough baguette
  style, focaccia style, flatbread.
