Imbuljuta tal-Qastan is a traditional Maltese
drink served after Midnight Mass on Christmas as
well as on New Years Eve.This is the first
recipe I chose to prepare for our Christmas
special this month. It is also featured in our

torta tal lampuki.Torta tal lampuki is one of the
most famous specialties of the island made with
this popular fish, lampuki (a variety of sea
bream) prepared in a dough with mostly
cauliflower and spinach.
