Decompression therapy helps to open these spaces
and allows pressure to be relieved off these
nerves and discs.

This is used for spinal problems specifically in
the lower back or upper back/neck. Decompression
therapy can help relieve discomfort from bugling
or herniated discs, as well as for degenerative
joints of the spine.

It is specifically useful in conditions such as
sciatica and neck problems causing abnormal
sensation in the legs or arms.  Our spines are
being constantly compressed by gravity (except

Decompression therapy is a specialized form of
traction therapy.  It is different in that it
utilizes a computer operated table, which ensures
safety and consistency over treatments.

immensely talented, Dr. Gregg Anderson, D.C.,
whom cared deeply for his patients, and felt a
great honour and privilege in being their
Chiropractor for over 38 years. It was with mixed
emotions that Dr. Anderson announced his
retirement in June 2017, but our highest
