  and much more. The engineering firm has expertise

• Michael Tobias, PE, LEED AP, CEM, is Founder and
  Principal of New York Engineers. He is a graduate
  of Georgia Tech with a degree in Mechanical
  Engineering. He is a member of the United States
  Green Building Council and is a strong proponent
  of sustainable design. Recent projects include La
  Cite Development, Pepsico, and work with Bronx
  Pro Realty.
