  • Cutis Laxa is a rare skin disorder leading to

affects the men and women of all ages equally.
Cutis Laxa is a connective tissue disorder which
is mostly acquired through various genetic
factors. The sagging of skin mainly appears

However, in most of the cases Cutis Laxa is
inherited. The absence of elastin fiber in the

Cutis Laxa. Mutation in the genes such as ELN,
    ATP7A, FBLN4, PYCR1, and FBLN5 may cause Cutis
    Laxa.

the sun. Botulinum injections can be given to
improve facial defects and the premature aging.

specific medicine that can completely cure or
prevent the symptoms related with Cutis Laxa.
