Industrial Epoxy Floor Coatings
Our Industrial client wanted to redo the existing
epoxy coated floor the was done some years ago in
a Hychem 3 coat system, finished with a clear
epoxy glaze coat. Its a great looking epoxy
coating system and offers excellent longevity. As
you can see from the gallery its also a great
looking system. This system incorporates a
solventless epoxy prime coat, a high build roll
on base coat in any  Australian Standards colour,
and a self smoothing clear glaze coat to
finish.Floor was first prepared by shotblasting,
then diamond grinding to remove old coating.
After the primer application, the floor was then
skimmed with a mortar binder to fill in major
surface imperfections prior to application of the
final 2 coats of Epoxy.
