8Types of goalkeeper training
Reaction speed training In this type of
training, player is prepared to react to the
strong shot from the other side. For example,
clapping, whistle sounds, etc.
9Strength training This training is to done for
neuromuscular adaptations, reducing body fat,
lean muscles mass increase. All this will help in
preventing injuries. Ex Elastic, rubbers,
strings.
Agility training This is one of the most
sacrosanct points in a goalkeeper, if he lacks in
this training, then there is least chance of
succeed.

Goalkeeper can solely play well if the team is
