Hi everyone, hope you all are doing well. None of
us can deny the magic of a good hair day. It
instantly makes us feel good and confident. Not
to forget all the images that go on the social
channels on a good hair day. Blessed are those
women who have naturally straight or non-frizzy
hair, not in my case. Although I like the wavy
texture of my hair I dont like the frizzy part.
Hairstyling with a blow dryer is an easy way to
get that perfect look every day. However, we
cannot deny the damaging effect it has on the
tresses.It is always a good idea to use a heat
protectant. Heat protectant creates a protective
layer between the heat styling tool and your hair.
It cannot protect from the damage a 100 but it
reduces the damage to a great extent. So, lets

protection mist prior to blow drying or curling,

Fragrance and Texture of Toni and Guy Heat
Protection Mist
The product has a fresh fruity floral fragrance.
I cant exactly point on which of the two
is dominant exactly either because it is sort of
a mixed fragrance, but it smells really good.
A lot better than most of the heat protection
mist that I have used in the past. I
actually would not mind if such fragrance stays
in my hair for a while. The product has a mist
sort of consistency as the name suggests, a lot
similar to face mists I would say. It is light
in weight and easily blendable.
My experience with Toni and Guy Heat Protection
Mist
I have been using the product for quite some time
now. This baby is usually my saviour while
blow-drying the hair. I spray it on the hair
while my hair is semi damp.
This baby easily spreads on the tresses as the
nozzle works well in distributing the
product. The product does not feel at all heavy
on the hair, it does not weigh it down at all. I
have used product closer to the scalp as well. It
does not make the scalp greasy at all.
However, you have to make sure you dont use the
product in excess. It makes blow drying
process very easy. It detangles the hair really
well and makes it soft.
The comb/ brush glides through very easily. It
also adds shine to the hair after the completion
of the process. It does not make the hair limp at
all. If you blow dry the hair properly it would
make your hair look voluminous as well but since
it is not a voluminous spray the effect is not
that dramatic.The product is opaque in colour
just like water and gets absorbed really
quickly.I have used the hair mist on dry hair as
well.
The days I dont blow dry the hair I still feel
the hair also needs protection from the sun. Just
spray the product on your hairbrush and comb
through. It makes your hair so manageable
throughout the day. It makes your hair smell
fresh.
However, the fragrance does not last for long. I
finally found a nice heat protectant to invest in
after all.
