What is healthy timing and spacing of pregnancies?
  • Healthy timing and spacing of pregnancy (HTSP) is
the process of family planning that helps mother
and family to delay, limit or space pregnancies
to achieve the healthiest outcomes for new-born,
mother, father and other member of the family.
  • It is very important to plan before one decides
to give birth to ones young ones. A new
individual is altogether a new consumer for the
society, and is dependent on the family. Proper
planning leads to the well being of mother, child
