• The Exterior System
• Wall

• Dig a hole by the basement wall to place a

  with stone 24 inches out from the foundation to
  grade and replace the topsoil surrounding the
  home.

• Remove and replace the old drain tile.

• The Interior System
•  Footer
• Drill weep holes at footer level.
•  Floor
• Open floors next to outside walls and install
  drain tile, surrounded by gravel. Once it is
  installed, the drain tile is connected to the
  crock with the sump pump and the concrete floor
  is replaced.
