  • The physical condition not only refers to being
    in good physical shape, but also refers to the
    mental state of a person. If a person is in good
    physical shape, but is mentally ill or has
    problems, they will not be able to function
    optimally. Mental fitness can only be achieved if
    your body is functioning well. It can help you
    relax your own mind and eliminate stress by
    exercising regularly and eating well.

  • So, what is beauty? Is it defined by the symmetry
    of your face, is your age, color, race, bone
    structure, gender, body shape, weight or how flat
    is your stomach? Or maybe it is defined by what
    is seen in the media or by popular culture and
    trends, for example, great vagabonds and big
    lips, simply by certain celebrities with
    tendencies.
