screen after installing Kaspersky Lab product on
Windows 10. This might be due to the conflict
with some program or installed drivers on
computer system. In Such situation, a complete

Follow the below instructions for a complete dump
file in Windows 10
  • Activate physical memory restrictions
  • On the search bar, enter msconfig. Click on the
    System Configuration from the displayed search
    results. Go to Boot tab then.
  • Click on Advanced Options from the Boot tab.
  • Select the Maximum Memory option. Enter 2048
    in the space.
  • Tap on OK. In System Configuration, tap on
    Apply and then Restart.

  • Access File Explorer available at the left side
    of the task bar.
  • Right click on This PC. Choose Properties
    from menu.
  • Click on Advanced system settings from left
    section of System window.
  • Go to System Propertiesgt Advanced Tabgt Startup
    and Recoverygt Settings.
  • From the drop-down list in Startup and Recovery,
    select Complete Memory Dump.

  • Mention the folder where this file will be
    stored. At least 25 GB free disk space is needed
    for complete dump file. The files will be saved
    under name MEMORY.DMP. Tap on OK.
  • Click on OK option in the opened System
    Properties window.
  • Click on Restart Now. Again produce a problem
    after restarting for checking complete memory
    dump file has been created in the folder.
  • After following the above steps, send the request
    to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via portal.
    Explain your issue and steps for reproducing the
    same after attaching the dump file.
