While upgrading, you have to manually uninstall
some Endpoint Encryption software first as some

Uninstall Full Disk Encryption

1. On Windows system, go to Cgt Program Filesgt Trend
   Microgt Full Disk Encryption. And then run
   TMFDEUinstall.exe. Tap on Yes if you are
   prompted by the User Account Control. You will
   see a Full Disk Encryption Uninstall Window
   appearing on screen.
2. Tap on Next. The program will start
   uninstalling. 
3. For confirming hard drive encoding, tap on OK.
   From the system tray access the Full Disk
   Encryption for viewing the decryption
   status. Do not try to shut down or restart the
   device or endpoint or keeping it to sleep. These
   steps can interrupt the decryption procedure.
   Data might become corrupted if the decryption
   process gets interrupted.

1. Tap on OK button once decryption process
   finishes.
2. For completing the entire uninstallation process,
   run TMFDEUninstall.exe on your device. 
3. Now, restart the endpoint. You need to manually
   remove it from the PolicyServer as the device
   record is not automatic.

HOW TO UNINSTALL FILE ENCRYPTION

• You are required to decrypt the encrypted files
  before uninstalling the feature to avoid any
  readability issues
• Sign in by using the account which is permitted
  to uninstall the File Encryption. 
• Access the Windows Start Menugt Control Panelgt
  Programsgt Uninstall a Program. 
• From the list, select File Encryption. Tap on
  Uninstall.
