To delete Adobe Reader 8.0, you should use its
uninstaller software in the Add/Remove programs
utility in Windows. Although, corrupted files or
a partial installation stops uninstaller
application to remove Adobe. Or, they also leave
some empty files, folders or some applications
after removal is done. Ensure that all the Adobe
files and folders are removed after performing
uninstallation. By default settings, some files
are hidden on your computer, to see them go to
Windows Explorergt Toolsgt Folder Optionsgt Viewgt
Advanced Settingsgt Show Hidden Files and Folders
and then deselect Hide Extensions for Known File
Types. Select OK.

• Now, lets start uninstallation of Adobe. This
  method will completely remove this application
  from your computer.
• Go to Start button and then Control Panel to
  initiate the removal process.
• Locate Add/Remove Programs and then click then
  name of the application.
• Select Remove and follow the on-screen
  instructions to remove the program successfully.
• When the removing of Adobe takes place, it will
  ask you to keep, transfer or remove the
  activation. If you decide it to use in the future
  then keep the activation and if not, then select
  Remove.
• Also delete the program files from Settings/All
  Users/Start Menu/Programs/Startup.

• Also, delete the files registered files which
  install during the installation of this program.
• Press Ctrl Alt Del and click Task Manager.
• Go to Processes tab, click explorer.exe and
  select End Process.
• Click Yes, select File and then New Task.
• Type cmd under Open section and click OK button.

• Minimize the window and type
• cd C\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Acrobat\Ac
  tiveX and then Press Enter
• del AcroIEHelper.dll and then Press Enter
• del AcroPDF.dll and then Press Enter
• del pdfshell.dll and then Press Enter
• exit and then Press EnterMinimize the window and
  type
• Maximize the window of Task Manager and click
  File and then New Task.
• Type explorer.exe and select OK.
• Exit the window.
