  • As the summer arrives it becomes difficult to
    maintain beautiful skin as excess of heat damages
    the skin which ultimately leads to tan,

    skin. So here are few tips that can help you to
    keep your skin fresh, moisturised, complexion
    fair even in the scorching sun.

    which can be easily made within few minutes and
    also you need not to invest a lot on it.

Hydrating
  • In order to keep your skin moisturised in the
    summer days it is mandatory for you to drink lot
    of water.
  • In summer due to excess of heat the water
    content present in the body will get evaporated.
  • The water content of the body gets reduced also
    by sweating. The de-hydration of the body takes
    place easily.
