FRUIT COLORED AND FLAVORED VERMICELLI

• Boil milk, stir cardamom, sugar and cook for 4-5
  minutes.
• Pour colored and flavored vermicelli and cook it.
• Mix vanilla custard powder and milk.
• Now add condensed milk, fruit cocktail, cardamom,
  and almonds.
• Sprinkle almonds and nuts.
• Fruit colored and flavored vermicelli is ready to
  serve.

U- SHAPED VERMICELLI

• Stir milk, sugar and cook until sugar dissolve.
• Now add cardamom, condensed milk, u-shaped
  vermicelli and cook for 7-10 minutes.
• Taste and add sugar or cardamoms if needed more.
• Remove from heat.
• Pour into cups.
• Garnish with almonds, pistachios.
• U-shaped vermicelli is ready to serve.

DRY AND BHATTAI VERMICELLI

• Break Bhattai vermicelli in half.
• Add ghee, sugar, cardamom, rose water, Bhattai
  vermicelli and cook almost dry.
• Taste and pour sugar, cardamoms whether it is
  needed more or not.
• Pour into the bowl.
• Garnish with almonds and pistachios.
• Dry and Bhattai vermicelli is ready to serve.

ROASTED VERMICELLI

• Boil salted water, add roasted vermicelli and
  cook.
• When some salted water left, remove from heat.
• Stir and add coconut milk and sugar.
• Cook well.
• Pour into the bowl.
• Garnish some cardamoms and pistachios
• Roasted vermicelli is ready to serve.
