pour water into the pit to run a cycle. Add 2
cups of vinegar to the pit when the pump is
running to remove buildup. Inspect the float to
confirm its clear of debris and working
correctly. Verify water is getting pumped
outside,away from your foundation. Install a
battery backup and replace it every three
years. Listen for irregular motor noises. Call a
technician if noise persists.
