Damon Berg hire a veteran awareness program is
friendly reminder to give our nations veterans a
serious chance the next time youre hiring. As a
veteran, Damon Berg himself is currently
employing veterans and spouses in his main
businesses and our outreach efforts.

Damon Berg has started several charitable
programs to help veterans and their families. 
The Damon Berg Coats 4 Vets Drive kicked off this
Fall to help veterans who may not be able to
afford a warm coat when the cold weather hits
this Winter.
When military members transition out of active
service, many of them become unemployed.  This
gets worse when they suffer from various
conditions that keep them from being able to hold
a full-time job.  When this happens, financial
situations ensue and their families suffer.  This
year, Damon is giving away Christmas presents to
one lucky veteran family.

One of Damons big concerns is veterans getting
back into the workforce and making a living for
their families.  Unfortunately, many veterans are
overlooked due to businesses not understanding
the advantages of hiring them.  Thats why he
started the Hire a Vet Awareness Program.  Its
his way of educating businesses and helping vets
get jobs.
