  for farm house is decreased from 2.5 acre to 1
  acre. And in the policy it is clearly stated that
  certain percentage of green belt area to ensure
  Eco friendly environment. The following policy is
  formulated and approved by DDA to ensure the
  planned development and beautification of Delhi.
