About K-1 Zone

• Under the Master Plan Delhi 2021, K -1 zone will
  be constructed in West and South-West Delhi.
• Planning of K-1 zone is such that it can
  accommodate near about 12 Lacs people in coming
  years.
• With the approval of Land Pooling Policy it will
  become one of the most advanced township in Delhi
  and many big, reputed builders are going to
  invest in this.
• With This MPD 2021, all small villages and
  unauthorized colonies will become authorized and
