licensed practicing addiction psychiatrist in
Lyme, New Hampshire. He is a professor and senior
research specialist, consultant, and core faculty
and course director at Dartmouth College.

• Dr. Bill Weeks Lyme received his undergraduate
  degree from Whitman College in Washington in
  1984. After Whitman, he moved to Texas and earned
  his medical doctorate at the University of Texas
  Medical Branch. As a shift from medicinal and

  masters of business administration from Columbia
  University. In 2014, he earned a PhD in economics
