When a Creator has reached 100 of the Pledge
Goal, the Investors will then be contacted to
complete the securities paperwork and funds will
be electronically transferred to a third-party
escrow account. Because Investors in most states
have a statutory right of rescission, funds will
be held for such period, typically 10 days or
less, and after such time the proceeds will be
transferred to the Creator and the applicable
ideaPledge fees will be deducted and paid to
ideaPledge.
