Jake Mellor was born in Price, Utah. He
temporarily moved away from home to go attend
school, and also served in the military not only
gaining real life experiences, but also serving
his country that he loves. Upon returning to our
community, he married local resident, and love
his life, Mikaleen (Loveless) Mellor who has
helped him dig even deeper roots. Jake Mellor
is a local entrepreneur and business owner and
has been helping make a difference in the
community since 2009.

local recreational
activities, and successfully
Jake has served our country as a Sergeant in the
1st of 145th Field Artillery. He was even sent
overseas during Operation Iraqi Freedom and
Operation Enduring Freedom (OIF/OEF) 2007-08.

Jake is a go getter and has accomplished many
goals that he has set, makes a difference
everywhere he goes, and has helped many of us
in his community whether it is through his
financial services work with Mellor Financial,
or simply being their as a friend or committed
community member.

He is a person who really gets things done. Jake
finished his Associates Degree, Bachelors
Degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in
Business Administration, all in less than 3.5
years. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER
practitioner who specializes in Investments,
Insurances Taxes. Similar to his
father-in-law, the late Michael Loveless, Jake
started his businesses from ground up and has
become a man of influence amongst those locally
and throughout the state.
