  Himachal is Manali. Aside from the monsoon
  season, you can try paragliding here whenever you
  want and it is also one of the best paragliding
  places in India. Solang Valley and Marhi are two
  of the most prominent spots for paragliding in
  Manali. Manali Paragliding is available
  throughout the Year except during Monsoon.
