Setting SMART Goals for students
  • Specific The goal must be clear.t must be better
    or be more organized..
  • Measurable Place some form of measurement that
    is easily verifiable to the goal.
  • Attainable Make sure the goal is not too much at
    one time to complete.
  • Realistic Take in to consideration any learning
    that has to take place or habits that have to be
    broken first before student set goals.
  • Timely Always set a time limit or timeframe. Do
    not allow your goal to wander aimlessly.

  • Here are eight steps to building trust with our
    students in and out of the coaching session
  • Maintaining positive body language
  • Listen to them intently and speak less
  • Always respect our students
  • Keep things clearl
  • Keep our promises
  • Be honest and transparent
  • Be confident
  • Telling students to believe in them

Identifying Obstacles
  • Identify the obstacle Have a frank discussion
    with your employee and determine what is blocking
    their performance.
  • Root out the cause Many times underlying
    emotions or problems may be the cause of the
    obstacles. Ask probing questions and jot down
    answers.
  • Antidote given A remedy to the situation is
    needed in order to get past this obstacle.
    Brainstorm with your employee on ways to remove
    the obstacles.

    is for all of the students. It Do not reserve for
    only students facing problems in their study..
  • Students are cared and watched for their behavior
    for signs of personal issues. The goal is to
    guide them when they are experiencing problems
    both in and outside of work.
  • Tne coaching center is flexible and find ways to
    reward students.
  • Be a cheerleader and celebrate even the smallest
    of successes. Give recognition the way to which
    the students prefer
