Mind Body Bootcamp is a sweat-producing full body
workout combining yoga, martial arts, kickboxing,
core and tribal movement into high-intensity
intervals. Focusing on strength training,
flexibility, and stamina. Every class is
different and uniquely sequenced, so your mind
will never be bored and your body will never
plateau.

TRIBAL FLOW 
Tribal Flow brings yoga tribal movement
together with a strong focus on core strength,
breath, and body awareness. You will experience
deep stretching, creative transitions, rolling,
crawling, and power sequencing. Expect to be
challenged!

STRENGTH TON
Strength Tone are quick intense workouts
perfect for when your short on time. Experience
some serious burn, while toning and strengthening
targeted parts of the body. Aim for 2-3 workouts
a week, while incorporating a variety of other
workouts.

MEDITATION
Meditation is a practice that can help you
achieve greater self-awareness, inner stillness
and peace. Follow our 5-15 minute guided
meditations to create a daily meditative state at
home, and enjoy all the positive benefits of a
clear mind open heart.

BEGINNER
Beginner videos are a great way to get up to
speed with the Circuit of Change method and
vocabulary. These videos are carefully sequenced
to slow the pace down, so you can concentrate on
each modification and the overall flow of the
class.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Private Lessons are for students that enjoy the
personalized attention of a 1 on 1 instructor.
These workouts we will be speaking directly to
you, instead of a class setting. Private lessons
are also very beneficial for beginners, as you
 work on increasing your fitness levels.

PRENATAL
Prenatal is great for moms staying fit before and
after pregnancy. The modified moves taught in
these classes are both safe and beneficial for
expectant moms. Moving the body and increased
circulation can relieve tension of the lower
back, hips, chest, upper back, and shoulders.
