Open the Control PanelYou can uninstall Norton
Internet Security via the Control Panel just like
any other program. You can find the Control Panel
in the Start menu or by searching for "Control
Panel".

Click on Uninstall a Program

Look for Norton Internet Security. Scroll down
the list until you find Norton Internet Security.
Click on it and then on the Uninstall button at
the top of the list. Follow the instructions to
remove Norton Internet Security.

Remove other Norton products. There may be more
than one Norton product installed on your
computer. Look for more Norton or Symantec
programs in the list and remove them using the
Uninstall button.

Restart your computer. Restart your computer to
complete the uninstall process after removing the
