• Select Services, and then select Check for
  Updates
• Download and Install the 2018.2 update
• Follow Article ID 10170 "How to install updates"
  in Related resources for more information on how
  to install updates
• If the issue still occurs, remove compatibility
  setting for Windows 8
• Verify program does not crash
• Right-click Sage icon and select Properties
• Click Compatibility tab
• Click Change settings for all users button
• Select Run this program in Compatibility mode for
  box and select Windows 8
• Click OK and launch Sage
• Verify the issue no longer occurs
