Turn off Windows defender security

• This is pre-installed security software in
  windows 10. If any alternate antivirus is not
  installed on your computer, then it will start
  protecting your system. Turn off this defender
  for the temporary time period.
• Open start icon and click on Defender security
  center option.
• Open Fire and network protection.
• Turn off all protective security profiles.
• If you are able to sync your SBCmail now, then
  turn on the firewall for your email app after
  this step.
• Steps to allow windows firewall for Mail and
  calendar app If you find that after disabling
