• Sole Representative Visa UK is for those
  companies who wants to extend their business in
  abroad or in UK. These companies are allowed to
  send one representative to UK so that he can do
  market research, registering the company or open
  a branch or subsidiary in UK.
• Representative person must have similar
  experience in setting up branches for the company
  as well relevant knowledge and experience is
  required. He can make decision on day to day
  basis and he cannot be the director of company or
  major shareholder in the company.

• Applicant should apply outside from EEA
• Must knowledge of English language
• He must financially maintained and should not

• He must cleared the entry as sole representative
  before entering in UK
• UK Partner Visa-
• UK Partner Visa is known as spouse visa or civil
  partner. They allow the partner to live and work
  together in UK.

• Eligibility-
• One of the partners should be the British citizen
  or settled in UK.
• Both the partner should be above 18 years and
  legally married or undergone a civil partnership
  registration.
• Both should have subsisting relationship with
  each other.
• Unmarried partner may apply for UK partner visa
  if they have lived together for 2 years and
  should be genuine and continuing.
• To apply partner visa financial requirement and
  English language knowledge is required.
• Financial requirement- In this, applicants saving
  can be considered. It may include cash saving,
  income or combination of both. It also depends on

• Initial duration of stay in UK-In case of
  spouse/ civil partner-Initially it is granted for
  33 months after that you may apply for extension
  of partner visa of 30 months. Later on they can
  settle in UK after 5 years.
• In case of fiancé, it is granted for 6 months
  later on partner can apply for leave as a spouse.
  Both couple can settle in UK after 5 years.
