• When we think about refurbishing or restructuring
  of any monument, building or structure, Scan to
  BIM services is the go to methodology which is

• The process starts by importing point cloud data
  files to Revit.
• Revit then allows for the user to build and
  validate the model, with placement of
  architectural elements and automated recognition.
  These elements could be of MEP (pipes, ducts,
  etc) or walls and columns.

• Insert point cloud file Convert raw point cloud
  format to .rcp .rcs and index them.
• Change colors Apart from default mode one can
  use Color mode option specify visual settings
  for point cloud.
• Point cloud properties using this one can define
  phasing information, by changing the scale of a
  point cloud.

• Visibility or Graphics For modifying the graphic
  or visibility aspect of point cloud in each view,
  one can use the Visibility/Graphics overrides
  option in Point clouds tab.
• Upgrade a Revit model with link point clouds One
  can upgrade from PCG format to RCP formats to
  improvise the overall result.
• Using such Scan to BIM Revit software features,
  one can provide the existing conditions of the
  building or the site.
