• The Yoga courses are in two categories, an
  intensive one as well as for beginners. The Yoga
  sessions will be taught by Jayakumaran Annasami
  who practices and teaches the style of Guruji
  B.K.S Iyengar.(ebrand9718vs) The philosophy
  sessions are based on the Yoga Sutras of Sage
  Patanjali and introductory books of Vedanta which
  are conducted by M.M. Swami Shri Abhishek
  Chaitanya Giriji who is the driving factor of the
  ashram and the school. The teachings include the
  Yoga traditions, philosophy of Vedanta, with
  complete lifestyle change including a Sattvic
  diet based on the science of Ayurveda and
  self-discipline of Ashram life. Our Course Dates
