About Ms. De Lima
Beth B. De Lima, M.B.A., SPHR-CA, SHRM-SCP is a
principal consultant and founder of HRM

co-founder of Leave Management Solutions LLC
where her Integrated Medical Leave and
Accommodation Management SystemTM, coaching and

professional in human resources. Ms. De Lima is

regulation compliance, litigation, and vocational
rehabilitation. Ms. De Lima is a certified
mediator through the UC Berkeley Extension

County Superior Court Mediation Panel. Ms. De
