the compound in a mold cavity. Transfer molding
is performed to bring down disadvantages of
compression molding. It begins with placement of
blank into a

chamber. During initial stages, pre-heating is
involved that allows the rubber to freely pass
through the channels. Injection molding is the
third process where press unit and injection unit
comprises of entities containing separate
controls. These three are the major
