Our favorite season Monsoon Season Monsoons are
lovable among people because of the delicacies we
can crave for rainy season.

  • Idli Pakodas is a most delicious food for
  • Rainy Season in every house. It is also served as
    a great snack recipe to serve among guests.
  • INGREDIENTS FOR IDLI PAKORA
  • 3/4 cup sooji/semolina the regular one
  • 3/8 (half of 3/4) cup Curd
  • 3/8 (half of 3/4) cup water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp eno/baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp water if needed
  • 1.5 cup chawla dal/lobia dal/ black- eyed peas
    soaked in 3 cups of water over night.
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1.5 tsp coriander seeds
  • 1.5 tsp fennel seeds
  • 4-5 tbsp water
  • Handful of chopped coriander leaves
