Oracle Adverse Event Reporting System database to
report adverse events associated with Mylans
brand of clozapine via reports received from
Clozapine Prescription Access System (CPAS).

Yale Mendelson has a knack for sports. He has
been playing different sports for years now.

Pharmaceutical Liaison at the MEGA-AID
COMPOUNDING PHARMACY Brooklyn, NY. He develops
and deploys MTM-medication therapy patient
surveys for 500 monthly prescriptions.
