• Ibuprofen is a no steroidal anti-inflammatory
  drug (NSAID). It blocks the production of certain
  natural substances that cause inflammation. It
  amounts to decrease in pain, swelling or fever.
  This is very effective when theres arrival of
  first-sign of pain. If theres chronic pain, it
  is hardly effective. According to doctors the
  normal use of Ibuprofen is generally 600mg a day
  or about three tablets twice a week.
• If Ibuprofen is rampantly used for relieving pain
  on a long-term basis it has its share of
  side-effects and not to use it frequently or
  regular. The following side-effects may arise out
  of rampant and long-term use
