    super fit and does not look like it will stop as
    more and more gyms (Box as they are called by
    those in CrossFit) open all around the nation. To
    join, find a local CrossFit Gym. They will give
    you a warm welcome and introduce you to the most
    challenging and life changing experiences that
    have ever happened to you.

    have been doing regular gym for years is just how
    unfit you really are. Those of us who have been
    couch potatoes for the last few years and wish to
    get rid of a few love handles while regaining our
    youthful bodies and energy levels will have their
    minds blown away (in the nicest possible way ha
    ha) with just how much effort is required to do
    CrossFit. But the benefits are worth every bit if
