• Christopher Mingoia Principal at North Arlington
  High School
• Since September 2016, Christopher Mingoia has
  been working as the North Arlington High School
  Principal.
• He has developed a partnership with Bergen
  Community College that allows students to attain
  up to an Associates Degree in a college setting
  while still in high school.
• He works under the general supervision of the
  Superintendent and/or Superintendent Designee,
  who is responsible for carrying out the guidance
  and direction of the Board of Education.

• Role and responsibilities as the Principal
• As the Principal of the school, Christopher
  Mingoia performs a number of duties that include
  -
• Assisting instructional staff with alignment of a
  new NJSLS curriculum, instruction and assessment
  with state and local district learning goals.
• Redesigning and implementing a curriculum and
  instructional program
• He prioritizes effective teaching by visiting
  classrooms regularly and working with teachers on
  instructional issues.

• In June 1999, Christopher received his Bachelor
  of Arts in Health and Physical Education.
• He received Physical Education/Health, NJ
  Certification in Physical Education/Health.
• In December 2003, he did his Master in Art of
  Teaching.
• He completed 32 Advanced Masters Credits from
  Fresno Pacific University in Physical Education
  and Health Sciences in April 2005.

• In January 2007, he received the New Jersey
  Supervisors Certificate.
• In July 2008, he received NJ Excel Program School
  Administrators Principal Certification.
