LAND POOLING POLICY

• Land Pooling Policy includes the Greenfield
  locales in 5 zones through J, K-1, L, N and P-II
  going under the MPD 2021. To support thick
  progression for ground-breaking use of an
  uncommon land resource in the national capital,
  the Policy licenses redesigned FAR of 400 as
  against the present 150.

MASTER PLAN DELHI-2021
Dehli has witnessed a huge gap in demand-supply

• DDA other government agencies will build basic
