Causes of Boat Pink Mold

• Pink Stain in boat seats comes from a hardy and
  common bacteria which doubles inside the boats
  seats
• The pink mold cause due to a bacterial
  microorganism
• When an organisms by product comes in touch of
  vinyl it causes pinking
• If Boat Seats are wet for long time period in
  warm conditions
• Pink Stain requires three conditions to grow 
  water, food and warmth
•  Food source for the bacteria such as oils from
  sun tan lotion.
• These Pink Stains cannot be wiped or scrubbed off
  from the cushions surface with any cleaning
  solutions.

• Commercial Pink Away Treatment System helps you
  to remove these pink stain from boat seats and
  cushions.
• The commercial Halotron treatment system consists
  of two components which work in tandem. One is
  treatment unit and a special chemical agent
  called PA-18.
• This chemical agent applied on pink stain and
  chemical responds to a specific spectrum of light
  broadcast by the halotron. 
• This whole process takes 60 minutes to remove
  pink stain from a spot on boat seats.
• One small cartridge cover 6 to 7 square inches of
  stained vinyl
