2Step 1 Choose a program
You could choose a suitable program from a range
of faculties of Healthcare, Management and
Technology that we offer. Most of our programs
are offered on a Rolling basis, which means most
of our programs have a start date every month,
therefore, allowing you for a greater
flexibility while commencing your journey as an
international student.Visa processing times can
greatly vary depending on your country of
residence. AIMS College Healthcare Management
Technology recommends factoring in the local
visa offices processing times before applying
for a scheduled intake.
3Step 2 Meeting the Admissions Requirements
- Once you have selected the program of your choice
and are ready to proceed with the application
procedure, it is imperative to ensure you meet
the admissions requirements. They may include - Proof of English Language Proficiency
(IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/CELPIP) (if you live in a
country where English is not the first
language). Please review our English language
proficiency requirements. - Proof of Nationality (Passport)
- Proof of completion of highest level of education
(Transcripts/Diplomas)
4Step 3 Pay the Non-Refundable Application fee
Once an admissions advisor assesses your program
eligibility in positive, the next step is to
remit the 500 CAD Processing fee towards your
application process and issuance your Letter of
Acceptance. Please note that this fee is
non-refundable and will be accounted towards the
tuition fee upon successful admission.
5Step 4 Letter of Acceptance
Once your payment has been remitted successfully,
your Letter of Acceptance would be issued within
48 hours. You would need this document to apply
for a study permit.

6Step 5 Apply for your Study Permit
AIMS College is authorized by Immigration,
Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to accept
international students. Our Designated Learning
Institute (DLI) number is O135631727752. We
could be located on IRCCs DLI list on the
following link https//www.canada.ca/en/immigrat
ion-refugees-citizenship/services/study-
canada/study-permit/prepare/designated-learning-in
stitutions-list.html Once you have received you
Letter of Acceptance, you can apply for a Study
Permit at your nearest Canadian Consulate
locations . You may visit cic.gc.ca for more
information. Once you receive you visa, dont
forget to send us a copy of the same at
admissions_at_aimscolleges.com.
7Step 6 Landing in Canada
- Moving into a new country can be a difficult
experience. We understand that. From vetting a
place to stay, understanding the transit system,
banking system to your first time doing your
grocery, it can be an arduous experience. To
help you in your smooth transition into this
beautiful country, we also offer optional
settlement services (through our third-party
partnerships) for a very nominal fee to all our
students from the moment you land at the
airport. For example - Accommodation arrangement
- Pickup from the airport
- SIN (Social Insurance Number) application and
opening a bank account - A brief introduction on available media services
in your area (Internet and Phone) - All sundry services you may need to help settle
into Canada
8Step 7 Insurance
AIMS College collaborates with local Canadian
insurance companies to assist you with your
medical insurance. Contact our admissions team
